The Needs label founder and author of some many classics like ‘Worlds’, ‘Walking Through Circles’ under his Passion Dance Orchestra or masterpieces like ‘Midnight Ceremony’ with his brother Marek as Bobjazz. Perfectly matched with Neroli these bright musical joints - house for the main , very boogie flavoured on the flip - check him out.

Bradley from RS met Duke Hugh in Amsterdam, when he handed him a green USB stick after a show. He played the promos in the empty club and the first track immediately grabbed his attention - he knew it was something special. When he remembered the hook to Green Leaf the next morning he signed the release almost instantly. Flirting with aspects of broken beat, Jazz, hip hop and dreamy electronica - Duke Hugh winds together a most idiosyncratic release equally at home on the peak time dancefloor as it would be for a long road trip. This flows really nicely , all joints!
First vinyl taster for Amp Fiddlers new album Motor City Booty - this grooved up , gospel vocal led p-funking jam! Mark E flips out his remix taking it to a different loop - nice!
Madteo travels through hip-hop, disco, house, New York City, psychedelia, sound exploration & exploitation – an exeptional contemporary and his symbiotic collaboration with Sensational has resulted in a milestone album . DJ Sotofett compiled and edited material from 2005-2011, all from the outgoing-but-idiosyncratic world in Jackson Hts (Queens NYC) – a world blissed by Sensationals chronic heavy weight rap & Madteo's psyched out disco, free-jazzed sonic stompers, smirky hip-hop bangers & out-of-the-ordinary leftfield. Ltd low price!
Jazzpuu presents two DJ Sotofett edits & dubs of previously released Finnish recordings from the mid-70's. A-side hails towards the classic fusion sound of B-Boy culture with uplifting organ grooves & big-city-night horns. The B-side Dub Mix turns the original horns into ghost sounds and favours the Drum & Bass elements – with a full instrument release after a frenetic break towards the end.
Steve Spacek links with Eglo Records, delivering an essential slab of futuristic, broken, dancehall wickedness .Bass weight of the heaviest kind, topped with Spacek's butter soft vocals. Instrumental too , in the right place this would cause damage.
The Lewisham born singer/producer continues to innovate, utilizing the latest technologly after the banging "Follow Me" 12" (EGLO49 back in at time of typing) 'If U Wan 2 Find Me' is a celestial slice of vocal footwork/soul, Bside 'Time Is Running Out' is a stripped back screwface electronic bassline bubbler - spooked out, acid flexed.
